ENTRY CAPACITY WILL BE LIMITED. In an attempt to provide a safe space during this pandemic, we will be limiting the amount of people allowed inside the venue. Once we reach that limit we will be on a “One in, One out system”, those with pre-sale tickets take first priority.
MASKS ARE MANDATORY We encourage everyone to bring a mask and we will have a limited supply of masks available. We will also have Sanitizer stations throughout the venue. If you don’t have a mask and we run out of masks you will be denied entry into the event. Failure to continue wearing a mask inside the event unless drinking or eating will result in expulsion without refund. Masks must be worn at all times around the bar and food areas, no exceptions.
LIABILITY WAIVER A liability waiver will be required to be read and signed by each patron. Any person entering the premises waives all civil liability against the venue owner and operator for any injuries caused by the inherent risk associated with contracting COVID-19 at public gatherings. The person entering the venue also waives their civil liability against the owners and operators for gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, reckless infliction of harm, or intentional infliction of harm, by the individual or entity on the premises.
NO PHOTOS Photos will not be allowed upon entering the event/venue. A sticker will be placed on your cell phone camera prior to entering the venue. We would like to create a personal and intimate vibe free from outside distraction and influence. We would like those in attendance to enjoy themselves and be immersed in the moment. Failure to abide by this rule will lead to expulsion of the event without refund. A dedicated photographer will be on site to document the night and you are welcome to ask him for a personal photo (however it is not guaranteed that your photos will be released, you may ask the photographer to send you photos personally at his/her discretion).
